Chris Cruz has been in the financial services industry since 1996. As a financial advisor, Chris teaches his clients the most efficient strategies to maximize their money supply and benefits while minimizing taxes and risk. His previous professional experience as both a NASA engineer and a small-business owner provide him with the insight and analytical abilities required to provide his clients with reliable guidance for their financial decisions.
Chris graduated from Virginia Tech in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering. In 1988, Chris received his Master’s Degree in Fluid Mechanics and Thermal Science at George Washington University. In addition, Chris attended the College of William and Mary and received his Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics in 1995.
Chris and his wife Cindy have three children and reside in Poquoson, Virginia. Chris is a member of Liberty Baptist Church and is active in his community. He coaches high school tennis, recreation league soccer and basketball, and in his spare time enjoys being with his family.

Bill grew up in Roanoke, Virginia and joined the United States Army Reserves. He recently retired honorably after 26 years during which he served 11 years of active duty in Kansas, Italy, and Germany, and served on 3 deployments. Bill returned to Virginia with his wife, Nicole, in 2004 and has enjoyed raising his family in Hanover County.
